Krissy Sanchez is a first generation graduate student and research assistant at California State University, Fullerton. Krissy’s research primarily focuses on tactical strength and conditioning and recovery methods from exercise. Krissy has examined has previously examined and presented information regarding different prone positions utilized during the detainment process to keep both law enforcement officers and civilians safe. Additionally, she is currently conducting a research study examining the rate of recovery after strenuous exercise via pulsed electromagnetic frequency (PEMF) therapy. Her research interests include tactical strength and conditioning, exercise recovery, post-activation potentiation, and muscle physiology.
