Dr. Boram Lim, an Assistant Professor at Texas A&M University, Kingsville (TAMUK), is a dedicated educator and researcher in the Department of Health and Kinesiology. He earned a B.S. in Physical Education from Myong-Ji University in South Korea, followed by an M.S. in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Physiology from California State Polytechnic University, Humboldt, and subsequently completed a Ph.D. with a concentration in Biomechanics at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Since joining TAMUK in Fall 2022, Dr. Lim has taught various exercise science courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels. His research focuses on optimizing human performance (e.g., resistance training, triathlon: swim-bike-run) through interventions while preventing sports and exercise-related injuries.
