Graduate Student
Oklahoma State University
My name is Coleman Honea (BS, CSCS, CPT), and I am a current Masters student at Oklahoma State University. I have been a personal trainer and strength coach in various capacities for several years. I currently work in the Performance Resilience laboratory at OSU focusing on performance fatiguability through resistance based modalities. At the conference I will be speaking on a study where we looked at performance fatigue during deadlift exercise throughout the menstrual cycle, seeking to determine whether performance markers were hindered during specific phases of the menstrual cycle.
