Rhodri Lloyd, PhD, CSCS*D, FNSCA is a Professor of Paediatric Strength and Conditioning and Chair and Co-Founder of the Youth Physical Development Centre at Cardiff Metropolitan University. His research interests surround the impact of growth and maturation on long-term athletic development and the mechanisms underpinning neuromuscular training adaptations and injury risk in youth. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist recertified with Distinction (CSCS*D) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and has authored in excess of 120 research publications, 25 book chapters and three textbooks in the area of paediatric strength and conditioning.
