Since 2022, Emma Thornton, B.S., NASM-CPT, has been a student researcher, working with Dr. Wolfe in his lab, Kinetic Performance Lab, at Tarleton. With the Kinetic Performance Lab, she has attended and presented at various Texas ACSM conferences. In her time at Tarleton, she has also assisted the Tarleton Football Strength and Conditioning staff during lifts in the Tarleton Athletic Weight Room. Emma intends to pursue a Masters degree at Texas A&M in Kinesiology, with an emphasis in Sports Physiology. She is the author of the abstract titled, ‘Difference in Rate of Perceived Exertion Among Males and Females During Fatiguing Exercise Protocol.’
