Dr. Eric Mosier is an assistant professor in the Kinesiology Department at Washburn University. Where he serves as an instructor in Exercise and Rehabilitation Science and assistant director of the Exercise Science Laboratory. He earned his Ph.D. in exercise physiology, master degree in exercise science, and a bachelor degree in history, all from the University of Kansas. Dr. Mosier is currently in his seventh year in academics as a professor for both the undergraduate and graduate programs.
Dr. Mosier continues devoting considerable time advising undergraduate and graduate research investigations. He has assisted in developing laboratories and conducting student research projects in human performance and biomechanics. Dr. Mosier is an active member of the NSCA, American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), and many other organizations. His research interests include human biomechanics, sport-specific athletic performance, markerless motion capture systems, physiological and performance responses, and adaptations to resistance exercise.
