Kyle Beyer, PhD, CSCS*D is an Assistant Professor of Health and Exercise Physiology at Ursinus College. Kyle teaches multiple courses within the undergraduate curriculum including Nutrition, Research Methods, Exercise Physiology, and Structural Kinesiology. Kyle is also the Director of the Resistance Exercise, Physiology, and Sport (REPS) Laboratory. In the REPS Lab, Kyle leads and mentors teams of undergraduate students throught the design, implementation, and publication of research studies related to the physiological adaptations to strength and conditioning programs and competitive sport, the evaluation of emerging technologies in fitness assessment, and the role of maturity in youth exercise and sport performance.
