Allen Redinger, PhD(c) CSCS is a third-year Health and Human Performance Doctoral Student in the Department of Kinesiology, Applied Health, and Recreation at Oklahoma State University under the mentorship of Dr. Breanne Baker. Redinger holds his CSCS and serves as a graduate teaching assistant and the Musculoskeletal Adaptations to Aging and eXercise (MAAX) Lab coordinator. Redinger received his Bachelors degree from Otterbein University where he was a collegiate baseball pitcher and his Masters in Physiology of Exercise with a concentration in Biomechanics from Ohio University. Prior to attending Oklahoma State, Redinger served as a strength and conditioning coach professionally for seven years, serving youth, high school, collegiate, and tactical athletes. His research interests are to determine the synergy between bone, tendon, muscle, and nerve adaptations to injury and physical training in athletes and tactical personnel.
