Amber Schmitz, BA, CSCS, is pursuing her master's degree in Exercise Physiology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After completing her undergraduate degree in exercise science at The Ohio State University, she is working under the direction Dr. Eric Ryan in the MOTION Science Institute at UNC-CH.
