Michael Perlet, M.S., C.S.C.S. is a 2023 graduate of the Kinesiology department at Montclair State University. Michael completed first year doctoral work at the University of South Alabama and will begin his second year the University of North Texas under the continued leadership of Dr. Joshua L. Keller. Active research involves the cardiovascular benefits associated from participation in resistance exercise. In addition, Michael's strong interest and depth of knowledge in resistance exercise earned him an educator role at the undergraduate level at Montclair State University. Beyond his academic credentials, Michael was actively involved with the NSCA New Jersey State Advisory Board, and will begin assisting the Texas State Advisory Board.
