Adam Sundh is a Sport Scientist Assistant for the Chicago Bears with a Master's degree in Sport Physiology and Performance Coaching from Carroll University. Adam is a Certified Performance and Sport Scientist with distinction (CPSS*D), a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with distinction (CSCS*D) and a level 2 USA Weightlifting Coach (USAW-2). While Adam is currently serving the Chicago Bears as the top assistant within the Sport Science department he also has vast experience within strength and conditioning as well as academic research. At Carroll University, Adam had served as the Assistant Human Performance Coach (Head of S&C and Sport Science) for the Men's Basketball and the Men's and Women's Lacrosse teams. Additionally, Adam is still pursuing research within the Carroll University Sport Performance Institute on Accentuated Eccentric Loading during the back squat and countermovement jump.
